I was introduced to holistic health at the age of seven by my maternal grandmother who would treat me with herbal remedies. My grandmother’s effective and loving care sparked a lifetime curiosity of how to heal the mind ,body and spirit naturally. I received my Nursing Diploma from Yalta Medical College in 1997 and studied and practiced Ayurvedic Medicine for over 10 years in New York. Inspired to help my best friend suffering from PTSD I went on to take Psychology and Neurology courses when I discovered Hypnotherapy.
I was so impressed by the information I learned that I enrolled in the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa Florida.
I hold State licensed Diplomas and Certificates in Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Interpersonal Hypnotherapy .
I am a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH)
